Custom Software Application Usage

You may use our custom software application for one "entity." That is, you may use the custom software application for yourself (for a public or intranet site, for example), or you may use the software for a single client. You may use the custom software on multiple computers as long as all of them are for personal, internal, or educational use. If you want to use the custom software for multiple sites or clients, you must purchase an additional site license on a per-use basis or purchase a developer license for unlimited use.

Privacy Policy

Our website collects data to operate more effectively and provide you with the best shopping experience. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create a personal account. We get some of it by recording how you interact with our services by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device. We also obtain data from third parties (including other companies). For example, we supplement the data we collect by purchasing demographic data from other companies. We also use services from other companies to help us determine a location based on your IP address in order to customize certain services to your location. The data we collect depends on the services and features you use.

  • You can correct factual errors in your maintained personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows the error.
  • To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

From time to time we may use the information you provide to us to notify you of new products or versions available, send you new literature, product notices or catalogs. We do not provide any customer information to anyone else period!

Support policies

We take pride in offering great customer support for our applications. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:

  • We will support all applications we develop for the life of the application.
  • We will not offer free support for applications which have been significantly altered by the user.
  • We will not offer free support for applications which fail because of the user's computer hardware environment.

Refund policy

Our custom applications are classified as software and are usually not refundable.

If you have installation problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue, repackage the software, or take other measures to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.


The copyright for our custom software applications remains with the designer, Professional Computing Solutions. You may not claim design ownership nor may you use it for any purpose other than explicitly set forth in the software project design agreement.
