Developed a Commercial Maintenance Management application to provide the client with a means to manage their day-to-day operations for over 6,000 locations throughout the country. Some notable modules developed are:
Modified existing Job Management application.
Developed a Quote and Job Management application to provide the client with a means to manage their day-to-day operations. The application tracks all costs, direct and indirect, associated with a job and then provides a tool for the client to analyze the original quote versus the actual costs associated with a job.
This eliminates under quoting future jobs and enhances the client's profitability. Some notable modules developed for this project are:
Developed an application to provide in-house staff with instantaneous consolidator fare quotes by just entering the "FROM" and "TO" city pairs to provide a more streamlined ticket purchasing experience.
Modified the existing Equipment Repair Application.
Modified the existing Corporate Application.
Developed a Training and Test Question Management Application. The test question and answer database is maintained by corporate staff in Benton Harbor. Periodically, tests are sent to branch offices and returned to corporate for correction and analysis to determine training needs at the various branch offices.
Developed a Sales Analysis and Management Application to track product sales and provides personnel with an efficient cost effective tool to determine product sales trends and sales commissions.
Monthly sales recaps for SYSCO products are imported into the application and then analyzed to determine sales commissions, product sales trends, etc.
Developed a Paint Shop Quality Control Management application to track quality control rejects for furniture pieces through the assembly line processes. The application allowed management to isolate rejects based on specific paint, paint mixtures and paint vendors.
Modified the client's existing Tree Brokerage and Order Management application.
Provided consulting and programming services to develop an EDI Invoicing and Billing interface for the client's in-house staff to interact electronically with trading partners.
Developed a Tree Brokerage and Order Management Application. Provided the client with a desktop version which was maintained in the office and a mobile version to use while attending trade shows throughout the country.
Provided consulting services on existing manual and automated office processes. Provided a detailed report containing recommendations for automating manual processes and for future automation purchases.
Developed a Psychological Testing and Analysis Management Application. Testing was monitored in a classroom setting, timed and all responses were saved in a database to be analyzed later.
Modified the client's existing Auto Repossession Application.
Modified the client's existing Labor Cost Management and Reporting Application.
